T.I Team– (Design, Build, & Decorate) was presented a simple renovation of flooring and new paint. After this quick renovation the home was to be rented out for the next 5 year,  then torn down and rebuilt. We redesigned, and redecorated every room, including kitchen, bathrooms and creating a game room. Project was completed in three months. Owners received rave reviews from renters all summer, but have decided to end rental options and use the home for themselves.
