THE PROCESS
ASSESSMENT
We'll walk through your space as is and discuss how you envision it's functionality per your lifestyle. Understanding how the layout of this room will flow into the nieghboring rooms will allow us to create an intentionally, beautiful area.
PLAN OF ACTION
Here we will determine the scope of the services as they align with the budget and timeline. Bids for the project are placed
with contractors, a proposal is drafted,
a contract is signed, and work begins.
30% DEPOSIT UPON SIGNING
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We'll carry out the project from development to execution, facilitating the jobs between you and
the contractors. Trips to active project sites are made as needed. All moving parts will be
managed by Soen's Design Studio as they collectively contribute to the schedule and budget.

The consult can be in person at the project site, at a coffee shop, or one the phone.
