This two story, upside-down style home was a complete rehab on the bay in Avalon. It was a property used for group rentals and was neglected for quite some time.  Some would have considered this 4 bedroom, 3 bath property to be a tear down, however Soens Design Studio designed, gutted and decorated all while keeping within the budget in order to sell the property.  By redoing the kitchen and bathrooms, updating the floors, and furnishing to stage the home, a real transformation has occurred creating a place where endless summer memories will be made.
