This exquisite new construction was entirely furnished and accessorized by Weetize Soens.  This was a fun project and a favorite in living room furniture selection.  A baby grand player piano was shopped and purchased by Weetzie to exemplify an elegant and tasteful interior.  Room designs were given specific attention to purchasing oriental rugs to complement this home. This transitional blend of old and new resulted with a monochromatic scheme that was pleasing to all.  The fireplace in foyer was created with a collection of clocks atop of the mantel and a cigar room was built on the 3rd floor.
