The Jeta Project was a speck house to be sold.  A new construction - 6 bedroom and 6 baths sleeps 12 in Avalon, NJ.   The house was completely furnished and the kitchen was outfitted in 6 weeks on a remarkable budget.  Weetzie came up with a furniture packet including all accessories for decks, pool and garage.  The house sold immediately.
