This family had just purchased the house third from the beach, when Weetzie was brought on to recommend new smaller furniture in the great room. With not much of a view, except on the deck, we renovated the entire second floor to include a new kitchen, great room, dining and living areas for optimal beach view living.  An addition was completed a la enlarged sunroom to reveal a once hidden ocean view. The original kitchen was excavated, repurposed, and reused in a rental property that they also own.
