This 7 bedroom, 6-1/2 bath beauty is 3714 square feet, new construction in Avalon, NJ and was furnished by Weetzie Soens in 7 weeks  It was purchased unfurnished in April with the intent to move in for Memorial Day Weekend.  Weetzie went to work to figure out the families NEEDS, WANTS and STYLE.  The kitchen was equipped with everything for functionality and entertainment.  Bedding, sheets and towels were coordinated with each room, including beach towels for family, friends and guests.  All the family brought were their toothbrushes and clothes. The decks and pool area were furnished with chaise lounge chairs and a beautiful porcelain dining table with chairs.  The 3rd floor master suite had a his and her bistro table and chairs to look over the trees out into the ocean view.   Each room was fully furnished for this family of five with consideration of hosting guests, and relatives all summer long.  Rooms included two bunk rooms with full beds to allow 4 to a room.  Pictures, art and accessorizes were shopped and placed to result in a warm and cozy beach house.
